Before you specify

Combustible fluids. The full family envelope is not available in one model. Clean and dry the system before filling and prevent moisture ingress.

FROM FORMULATION TO APPLICATION

Process heating and cooling, considered together.

The LM-9 references describe model-dependent duties in pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical-engineering and research applications where a broad process window is required.

01 / APPLICATION NOTE

Identify the exact model

LM-9B, LM-9D and LM-9E have different operating limits and material requirements. A family-wide temperature envelope does not describe a single fluid.

02 / APPLICATION NOTE

Prepare the system

The LM-9E reference calls for cleaning and drying before direct filling. Discuss residual water and existing-fluid removal as part of the changeover plan.

About these product references

Application notes are adapted from Glacier’s original product information. Unless a table states otherwise, numeric specifications follow the supplied catalogue.
