Enquiries and personal information
The enquiry form asks for contact and project information so the receiving team can discuss your application. Provide only what is necessary; do not include confidential formulas, payment information or sensitive personal data.
Your enquiry is recorded on our own systems as well as emailed to our team, so that a message is not lost if email delivery fails. We store what you enter — your name, company, email address and telephone number, your message, the answers the form asked for, the page you wrote from, your browser’s user-agent string, and a hashed form of your IP address. The raw address is not stored.
The three product sites (LOOP BRIEF, COOLANT CARE, GULF SUPPLY) send their forms to the same system, so an enquiry from any of them appears in the same place and is handled the same way.
Enquiries are kept until you ask us to remove them. They are not deleted on a timer, because a customer who asked about a product in one year is often a customer in the next. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below, and we will remove the record itself, not merely mark it.
When direct submission is configured, an email delivery provider (Resend) processes the notification, and Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the anti-spam challenge on this site. When direct submission is not configured, the site clearly offers an email draft instead.
Live chat
The chat panel lets you ask a question without sending an email. To hold one conversation across pages we store the messages you exchange with us, the page you started from, the country and city derived from your connection, your browser’s user-agent string, and a hashed form of your IP address. The raw address is not stored.
Leaving an email address is optional and is never required to send a message. If you choose to leave one when no one is available to reply, we store it and use it only to answer that enquiry.
Images you send in chat
You can attach photographs to a chat message. Each one is converted to WebP and scaled down, and its metadata — including the location a phone records in a photograph — is removed before it is stored.
Images are kept in our object storage and are deleted together with the conversation, on the same 12-month schedule. Their web addresses are long and unguessable, but they are not behind a login: anyone given the link can open the image, so please treat a link as you would the picture itself.
Please do not send images containing people, identity documents or anything you would not want stored for that period.
A first-party identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage so that reloading the page or returning later continues the same conversation. It contains no personal information, and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Conversations are deleted automatically 12 months after the last message. You can ask us to delete one sooner using the contact details below.
If no one has the console open when you write, the message is forwarded to our team by email so that it is not missed.
Technical operation
The site uses a cookieless, aggregate measurement to understand which pages and documents visitors find useful — page views, and counts of which contact and download controls are used. It sets no advertising cookies, builds no cross-site profile, and records no form content or personal data. Measurement is not linked to any individual visitor. Page performance (loading speed and layout stability) is measured on the same cookieless, aggregate basis, so that slow pages can be identified and fixed.
The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to serve and secure the website. When enabled, the anti-spam service may process technical browser and connection information to prevent automated abuse.
Messaging channels
The floating contact panel offers WeChat and WhatsApp alongside the enquiry form. The panel displays a QR code and a link only. Opening either channel takes place on that provider’s platform under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Contact and requests
For questions about a submitted enquiry or requests relating to your contact details, write to enquiry@glacierrefs.com. Avoid sending sensitive data through the enquiry form.
Product information
Product content is based on the supplied Glacier Coolant catalogue, edition identified by the filename dated August 21, 2026. Catalogue figures are references only. The model-specific contract, technical agreement and current safety data sheet take precedence. Availability, current qualifications, regulatory suitability and technical claims require confirmation.
Photography and brand material
The brand mark and manufacturer-facility photograph are extracted from the supplied catalogue. The two labelled product-sample photographs, the brand range display and the company building photograph are local copies of images published on Glacier’s existing website; each is captioned for its own model or use and none is a specification. Application photographs are illustrative stock imagery and do not represent Glacier facilities, customers or validated deployments.
