We ship LM-series coolants, heat transfer fluids and phase-change materials to Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Americas. Export documentation — including country of origin, SDS, and packing list — is prepared by our logistics team for each shipment. Specify your destination and Incoterms when you enquire.

NOT SURE WHICH GRADE?

You do not have to work it out alone. Send us the fluid you are running now — or one you are comparing us against — and we will arrange testing at our manufacturer’s laboratory, using the same protocol as our own grades and down to −80 °C. You get the measurement without having to find, brief or manage a laboratory yourself. Tell us what you need to establish and we will confirm the scope before anything is tested.

CONFIDENTIALITY / SAMPLES

We and our manufacturer will sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before technical discussions involving proprietary process details. Evaluation samples (typically 20–25 litres) can be requested through this form — select Sample request in the enquiry type field below. We will confirm availability, delivery time, and the accompanying certificate of analysis by reply. There is no charge for evaluation samples; you only cover freight.
